The Student Perspective
Bauer College Board Adds Two Student Representatives to Roster
The C. T. Bauer College of Business has added two new student representatives to the Bauer College Board, an impressive group of business leaders, c-suite members and entrepreneurs who help to guide strategy and provide expertise.
Finance and marketing senior Christian Avalos Minor and MBA candidate Aanchal Jaggi will each serve a one-year term on the board, providing a student perspective to board business.
“Having student representatives serve on the board allows us to make the best decisions we can with students in mind,” said Bauer College Dean Paul A. Pavlou. “By having Christian and Aanchal serving as the voice of Bauer students we are moving our priorities forward with student feedback.”
The Bauer College Board advises Pavlou, providing input on several critical issues, including strategy, thought leadership, student engagement and curricular relevance, with subcommittees focusing on fundraising, curriculum, branding and recruiting.
