Team Building the Bauer Way

RCC Team Share Strengths in Leadership Workshop

At some point in our lives, we all look for a little bit of clarity. As we grow throughout our lives and encounter pitfalls, hurdles and speedbumps, we need to be reminded of our strengths, values and accomplishments.

The team at Rockwell Career Center have helped Houston Bauer students along their academic journey and have celebrated every win alongside them.

As RCC welcomes new staff and says “see you again” to those who have gone, one thing connects everyone on the team, and that is their desire to guide students through every stage of their career development.

Bauer alumna Lisa Shumate (EMBA ‘17), the founder and CEO of Maximum Q Leadership, recently visited the RCC Graduate and Alumni Career Services Team to guide them in an insightful leadership development workshop where they reflected on their strengths, what motivates them and how they measure success.

Let's meet the RCC Graduate Team!
