Strides in Diversity

Poets&Quants recently included the undergraduate business program at the C. T. Bauer College of Business among the Top 5 and Top 10 in diversity categories related to incoming students.

The Bauer College program, which ranks overall in the Top 50 of Poets&Quants 2024 Best Undergraduate Business Schools list, also claims several Top 10 spots for key diversity metrics, including 7th for highest percentage of incoming female students, 6th in highest percentage incoming first-generation students, and 4th in highest in percentage of incoming minority students.

“One of the main objectives of our strategic plan is to set the standard for promoting diversity, and this recognition from Poets&Quants demonstrates that we are meeting that goal,” Dean Paul A. Pavlou said. “We are especially proud to be among the nation’s best in providing a world-class education to a diverse group of students.”

The rankings include 91 total public and private business schools and are based upon school-reported data and surveys of school alumni.
