As the Spring 2024 semester begins, Bauer College has many upcoming events focused on involvement and engagement, student success and career services.

MSACCY & CAP Coffee Chat
January 19 & February 2
8:30 - 9 a.m. | Virtual

This 30-minute chat provides students interested in the MS in Accountancy program to ask questions with the admissions team about both MSACCY and the Certificate in Accounting Programs (CAP.)

Bauer Involvement Fair
January 22 – January 25
9 a.m. - 4 p.m. | Melcher Hall Back Drum & AIM Ticker Area

Bauer student organizations and programs showcase the different offerings that students can get involved with. Explore different groups, meet program leadership and get involved.

Bauer Abroad Fair
February (TBD)

Bauer students will learn about the multiple faculty-led learning abroad programs. Learn how you can spend a summer, semester or even a year studying in another country while receiving academic credit toward your degree plan.

Bauer Business Career Fair
February 9
Noon - 4 p.m. | UH Hilton

Meet with employers during the Rockwell Career Center’s Spring Bauer Business Career Fair. Students meet with and talk to employers from many different industries looking for interns, part-time workers and full-time workers.

Ted Bauer Day
March 5
11 a.m. - 2 p.m. | AIM Ticker Area

Celebrate the lasting legacy of the College's namesake Charles T. "Ted" Bauer during Ted Bauer Day with a resource fair as well as opportunities for giveaways.

Wolffest
April 9-11 | 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Butler Plaza

A tradition since 2002, this three-day competition allows teams of students from the Cyvia and Melvyn Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship to raise money for scholarships and student activities.

This event is part of the Wolff Center’s capstone course and is the largest and most complex project the students will take on. The event raises more than $250,000 per year in food sales and donations.
