Lawrence Houston III, Assistant Professor, Department of Management & Leadership

Bauer Assistant Professor of Management and Leadership Lawrence Houston shares how those with a criminal history can shift employer views on the latest episode of Bauer Business Focus.

Houston added: “This helps shift how employers see the candidate likely leading to stronger support and better opportunities and long-term stability.”
