Through the Bauer Mini-MBA, participants can immerse themselves into key business fundamentals and industry-relevant curriculum, without the time-constraints of the traditional academic schedule. The upcoming five-day program wis scheduled to take place from from Sept. 29-Oct. 3. Students will have the opportunity to select the specialization that best aligns with their professional aspirations. This session features specializations in artificial intelligence, human resource management and management and leadership, all of which are tailored to address topics pertinent to the current employment market.

In this session, students will experience on-campus learning tailored specifically for busy professionals. By dedicating only 35 hours to the program, participants from the workforce will enhance their skill sets, providing them with the resources necessary to upskill in their current roles or the confidence to advance in their careers.

Prepare for an Executive MBA
For individuals contemplating a return to education to obtain their executive MBA, the Mini-MBA serves as a chance to explore what lies ahead. Not only does the Mini-MBA offer insight into the nature of the executive MBA; classes are conducted in the same facilities at the UH campus. Participants also have the opportunity to complete an assessment to qualify for up to $5,000 towards Bauer’s executive MBA program.
After the week of Monday to Friday instruction, participants in the program will receive a Bauer Mini-MBA certificate and 3.5 CEUs. The program cost is $4,995 per participant, but special rates are available for organizations sending multiple employees.
