Emerging Leaders

Students in the Emerging Leaders Academic Success Program (ELASP) for Transfers at the C. T. Bauer College of Business marked the end of the semester with a celebration of completion of the program.

ELASP eases the transition of starting at Bauer, helping transfer students in their first semester get connected and engaged in the College. This program gives students the tools needed to excel academically and evolve into the next generation of leaders within Bauer.

"ELASP for Transfers continues to be an integral part of a new transfer student's experience to Bauer and we are thrilled to celebrate another group of students who achieved the ELASP for Transfers Certificate this semester," Bauer Director of Student Success Whitney Johnson said. "They're just getting started on all they will accomplish in their time at Bauer."
