Career Fair Season: Commercial Real Estate

The Bauer College Stanford Alexander Center for Real Estate (SACRE) is gearing up for their Spring 2026 Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Career Fair.  

On Wednesday, Feb. 18, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., top recruiters from the Houston real estate industry will be in CBB 328 to discuss career and internship opportunities with students.  

This specialty career fair gives students targeted exposure and higher-quality connections, said SACRE Program Manager Miranda Torres. 

"A big part of our center is helping students prepare for their careers, and while landing an internship or full-time job at this event is exciting, every student walks away with something valuable,” Torres added.  

Companies who regularly recruit from Bauer, like Transwestern and Stewart Title, have stated that what sets students apart from the rest is their professionalism, motivation and problem solving (see related story: From Bauer to Towers). 

This will be the first Bauer CRE Career Fair for companies like Emerge Living, Flagship and Foresite Real Estate. SACRE Program Manager Zachary Schmidt said he’s excited to welcome them and everyone else to their center. 

“Having our own career fair for commercial real estate is great for the employers and the students,” Schmidt said. “Since it is smaller and such a niche industry, it allows for the conversations to be more meaningful.”
