Calculating Your ROI
Prospective Bauer Executive MBAs Learn About Benefits of Program During Virtual Info Session

Before making any investment, it’s essential to weigh the risks and returns, especially when investing in yourself with an Executive MBA.
The C. T. Bauer College of Business Office of Graduate & Professional Programs is helping prospective students explore the potential return on their educational investment through its latest webinar "Calculating Your ROI.”
Led by Lori Osborn, a senior career development specialist at the Rockwell Career Center, and Executive Director of Recruitment and Admissions Lenay Johnson, the session aims to showcase the value of a Bauer Executive MBA.
"We have a robust faculty and curriculum that are competitive nationally, ranking in the top 30 for professional MBA programs among public universities," Johnson said. "A Bauer MBA can be a powerful tool for opening new doors. Whether you're looking to change careers, advance in your current field, or increase your earning potential, a Bauer MBA can help you achieve your next professional goal."
Beyond the curriculum, Johnson emphasized the extensive network of connections available to students and graduates.
"Outside of our curriculum, you're also investing in a vast network of opportunities," Johnson said, highlighting the nearly 60,000-member Bauer Alumni network in Houston. "It’s an EMBA for Houston professionals, offered by a school that is deeply connected to the Houston business community."
The program’s community and curriculum are just part of the value.
"We're going to help students develop a strategy to achieve the career outcomes they are looking for," Osborn added. "The Rockwell Career Center is an invaluable resource that will support you every step of the way, from introducing you to potential employers to refining your interview and negotiation skills and providing access to an extensive professional network."
The Rockwell Career Center has helped Executive MBA students secure positions at top companies in Houston and beyond, with alumni working for Shell, BP, KPMG, HP and Baker Hughes.
This webinar is one of many designed to help prospective students navigate the application process with confidence and take the next step in their careers with Bauer’s Executive MBA program.
Future sessions will cover financing the degree and offer insights from faculty and alumni, culminating in an in-person Executive MBA Open House on April 11.
