Bauer Alumni Explore AI
BCAA Kicks Off Professional Series with Free AI Event on June 24
The Bauer College Alumni Association (BCAA) is inviting graduates and students to learn how artificial intelligence can impact the future of the workplace at an upcoming educational event.
Agilant Solutions Senior Solutions Architect and keynote speaker Cory Martin will lead the conversation at The Cannon West Houston on June 24 at 5 p.m.
“This will be the first event in a new professional series BCAA is launching,” BCAA Vice President Gilbert Landras (BBA ‘07) said. “Starting with AI, we're going to go through what the next 18 months will look like, and exactly how AI is affecting job functions and ultimately what people will have to know to stay in the game.”
Landras recommends the event to all Bauer alumni and said attendees can gain valuable professional insight, no matter how far along in their careers they are.
“It'll help them know what's going on and help them improve their decision-making when the new roles are being created,” he said. “They will understand where the risks and opportunities are and see how AI tools will effectively make them more valuable based on what they're learning.”
The event is free and open to all alumni. Interested attendees can RSVP here.
