On Wednesday, Feb. 25, from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the lobby of the Classroom & Business Building, representatives from the Bauer Office of Graduate & Professional Programs (GPP) and the Department of Accountancy & Taxation will be on hand to share information about the options available after completing a bachelor’s degree.

With three kinds of MBA programs and nine different specialized master’s programs, available both online and in-person, there are a variety of options for students to stand out academically.

“Houston offers all these big business opportunities to students, so getting your graduate degree here opens a lot of doors for you,” Graduate Admissions Assistant Director Molly Niemczyk

This come-and-go event is tailored to match a student’s busy schedule. They can ask questions about Bauer’s graduate programs, or speak with Financial Aid advisors about available scholarships.

Ticket to Bauer isn’t just open to Bauer undergraduate students, but anyone who might be interested in earning a graduate degree in business.

“You don’t need a background in business to be successful,” said Bauer Accounting Admissions and Recruitment Assistant Director Derin Dacey. “We’ve had students who come from all kinds of backgrounds who bring those skills they’ve learned to the world of business.”

Undergraduates who go on to immediately earn their graduate degree at Bauer already understand the value of being a Cougar, Dacey added, and students know the quality of education they’ll be getting.
