“Many of you will start your journey in a profession or job that you dislike.  Some of you probably have great jobs and are excited about the future, and I know that some of you may not have a job at all and have to borrow some money from your parents.  My admonishment to you is that it doesn’t always matter how or where you started, you just have to finish strong!”

"Don’t let your net worth determine your self-worth!  Use your affluence to influence change for good.  Always remember going forward: Finish strong. Bauer strong."
